We are all wanting the best bang for our bucks. By raising nutrient dense foods you are feeding your family and yourself more of what your bodies need in the same volume of food. You can buy cheaply raised meats but you will have to eat so much more of it to feel full and satiated. With meats raised the way we do, there are more nutrients in the same cut of meat vs large scale commercial operations.

We raise our animals in a way that is beneficial for all. The cattle fertilize the land, the people are healthier for being outside and taking care of them, the butchering is done by a small family business in our local area.
